With a refundable $100 pet deposit, your dog is welcome to join you at Green Valley. Simply mail a check for that amount to the address included with your reservation confirmation. After your departure, and if everything is found to be clean and undamaged, your check will be destroyed.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, guests are responsible to the owner for the full amount of the rental deposit. If other guests book the dates, the deposit will be refunded. However, no refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, flooding, snowfall, ice storms, power outages, and any other circumstances beyond the control of the property owners.
