The cottage’s name is in honor of the one-room schoolhouse once situated at the entrance to the property.
This secluded two-story cottage is nestled in the curve of Bear Creek and still has the original barn and wagon shed. This cottage provides you with a quiet and picturesque getaway.
All of our cottages have access to the lake via bike, where you can enjoy pedal boating, fishing, tubing, or just relaxing.
The rustic wooden ceilings, complete with hand-hewn timbers and beams, add to the farmhouse charm of this modern house.

With refundable $100 pet deposit, your dog is welcome to join you at Green Valley. Simply mail a check for that amount to the address included with your reservation confirmation. After your departure, and if everything is found to be clean and undamaged, your check will be destroyed.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, guests are responsible to the owner for the full amount of the rental deposit. If other guests book the dates, the deposit will be refunded. However, no refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, flooding, snowfall, ice storms, power outages, and any other circumstances beyond the control of the property owners.
